The European Center for eTwining regularly organizes online events to enhance professional development. “The Mediating Role of eTwinning in Small School Communities” is on April 21-23. The main audience of the workshop on is eTwinning teachers teaching in remote areas. In some schools, teachers and students may face problems related to remoteness or low population density. eTwinning can solve some of these problems by opening the door to the wider European community. This event explores many topics such as the teaching groups of students of different ages, school collaboration at home, media literacy, and the impact on socio-emotional learning in terms of access to learning.
